Telefon ti stalno zvoni, inbox nikad nije prazan, obaveze se samo ni\u017eu, a ti hvata\u0161 sebe kako zaboravlja\u0161 re\u010di usred re\u010denice. Nisi lud. Samo si \u2014 <strong>preoptere\u0107en<\/strong>. I da, svima nam se de\u0161ava.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U vremenu kada smo dostupni 24\/7, kad nas aplikacije zovu po imenu, a notifikacije zvu\u010de kao \u0161ef koji te vu\u010de za rukav, <strong>mentalni odmor<\/strong> postaje ne luksuz, nego nu\u017eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ali kako? Prava ti\u0161ina.<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Probaj ovo: isklju\u010di zvuke na telefonu na sat vremena. Bez muzike. Bez YouTube-a u pozadini. Samo ti, prostorija i eventualno \u0161u\u0161tanje prozora. Zvu\u010di \u010dudno, ali nakon 10 minuta \u2013 ne\u0161to se smiri. Ti mali prekidi su kao brzo punjenje baterije \u2013 mo\u017eda ne traju dugo, ali poma\u017eu da pregura\u0161 dan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. <strong>Prazan kalendar je najlep\u0161i poklon<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ne mora svaki sat tvog dana da ima neku \u201cnamenu\u201d. Nau\u010di da ostavi\u0161 prostor u danu koji nema unapred definisanu svrhu. Nema cilja, nema plana \u2013 samo si tu.
