Jedan od takvih je i ovaj <strong>brzi kola\u010d od jogurta<\/strong>. Priprema traje svega desetak minuta, a pe\u010denje oko 25, \u0161to zna\u010di da za manje od pola sata mo\u017eete imati topao, mekan i mirisan kola\u010d spreman za poslu\u017eenje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ovaj recept ne zahteva nikakve posebne sastojke \u2013 sve ve\u0107 imate kod ku\u0107e. Idealno je re\u0161enje kada vam do\u0111u iznenadni gosti ili kada \u017eelite da obradujete porodicu ne\u010dim slatkim uz kafu, bez mnogo muke.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"600\" height=\"900\" src=\"https:\/\/playmaker.rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/image-2.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-22\" srcset=\"https:\/\/playmaker.rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/image-2.png 600w, https:\/\/playmaker.rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/image-2-200x300.png 200w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sastojci:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Koristi se klasi\u010dna \u010da\u0161a od jogurta (180 ml) kao mera:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>2 jaja<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>1 \u010da\u0161a jogurta<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>1 \u010da\u0161a \u0161e\u0107era<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>1\/2 \u010da\u0161e ulja<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>2 \u010da\u0161e bra\u0161na<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>1 kesica pra\u0161ka za pecivo<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>1 vanilin \u0161e\u0107er<\/strong> (po \u017eelji)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Rendana korica limuna ili narand\u017ee<\/strong> (po \u017eelji, za dodatnu aromu)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"> Priprema korak po korak:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Priprema smese:<\/strong><br>U ve\u0107oj \u010diniji umutite jaja i \u0161e\u0107er mikserom ili ru\u010dno, dok ne dobijete penastu i svetlu masu. Dodajte jogurt i ulje, pa lagano prome\u0161ajte. Po \u017eelji, dodajte vanilin \u0161e\u0107er i rendanu koricu limuna ili narand\u017ee radi osve\u017eavaju\u0107e arome.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Dodavanje suvih sastojaka:<\/strong><br>U posebnoj posudi pome\u0161ajte bra\u0161no i pra\u0161ak za pecivo, pa ih postepeno dodajte u smesu uz lagano me\u0161anje (najbolje silikonskom \u0161patulom ili varja\u010dom). Me\u0161ajte dok ne dobijete glatku smesu bez grudvica.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pe\u010denje:<\/strong><br>Smesu sipajte u pleh (otprilike 20&#215;30 cm) koji ste prethodno podmazali ili oblo\u017eili papirom za pe\u010denje. Rernu prethodno zagrejte na <strong>180\u00b0C<\/strong>, pa pecite kola\u010d oko <strong>25 minuta<\/strong>. Kada kora postane zlatno-\u017euta, a \u010da\u010dkalica koju zabodete u sredinu iza\u0111e suva \u2013 kola\u010d je gotov.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Hla\u0111enje i serviranje:<\/strong><br>Ostavite kola\u010d da se malo ohladi, a zatim ga secite na kocke ili \u0161tangle. Po \u017eelji pospite prah \u0161e\u0107erom, prelijte otopljenom \u010dokoladom, d\u017eemom ili vo\u0107nim prelivom.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"> Saveti i varijacije:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>\u010cokoladna verzija:<\/strong> U smesu dodajte 2 ka\u0161ike kakaa i komadi\u0107e \u010dokolade.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Vo\u0107na verzija:<\/strong> Ubacite \u0161aku borovnica, vi\u0161anja ili narand\u017einih kora u testo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Bez jaja:<\/strong> Mo\u017eete izostaviti jaja i zameniti ih s malo vi\u0161e jogurta i pola ka\u0161i\u010dice sode bikarbone \u2013 tekstura \u0107e biti malo druga\u010dija, ali i dalje veoma ukusna<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"> Zaklju\u010dak<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Brzi kola\u010d od jogurta je univerzalna i proverena poslastica koja nikada ne razo\u010dara. Bilo da ste po\u010detnik u kuhinji ili iskusni doma\u0107in koji tra\u017ei jednostavan recept bez previ\u0161e koraka, ovaj kola\u010d \u0107e postati va\u0161 siguran izbor.
